This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against third respondent on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 27.02.2026 before the first respondent against the third respondent. It is further submitted that the said complaint dated 27.02.2026 has already been withdrawn by the petitioner.
