(CRIME NO.1033 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on in the bail application in Crl.MP.13589/2021 dated 17.12.2021 in Crime No.1033/2021 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13589 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19682 of 2021 on 17.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on on monthly twice i.e. On 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
