The present petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, to bring on record the petitioners 4 and 5 along with the 7th respondent herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant by ranking them as appellants 4, 5 and 7th respondent in the Second Appeal in S.A. No.1490 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1490 of 2017 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
