Although the applicant and respondent carry on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the applicant asserts that both its products and those of the respondents are sold commercially in Chennai. In support of such contention, invoices of the respondent are placed for consideration.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the documents referred to by the applicant, at least part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.1863 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court.
