ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach an appropriate legal forum in regard to grievances projected in this writ petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
