This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in para 9(iii) of the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.161 of 2023, dated 14.02.2023 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act, Cases, Salem.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
