Civil Revision Petition No.3665 of 2015 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order of the District Munsif, Perambalur in I.A.No.1807 of 2014 in O.S.No.442 of 2014 dated 05.08.2015.

C O M M O N O R D E R The Revision Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.444 of 2014 and O.S.Nos.442 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Perambalur.

The Power Agent filed applications in I.A.Nos.1810 of 2014 and 1807 of 2014 in O.S.Nos.444 and 442 of 2015 to recognize him as power agent to represent the defendant in the suit. 3.

Those applications were allowed by the trial court on 05.08.2015. These revision petitions are against the orders dated 05.08.2015 referred to above.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner. 5.

I am not going into the niceties of the issues raised by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner in view of the findings recorded by the trial court in paragraphs 16 and 17 of the order that the principal himself has filed an affidavit to put at rest, the

controversy. Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the said orders of the trial court.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petitions fail and the same are accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
