This miscellaneous petition has been taken out by the writ petitioner with a prayer to implead the Director General of Foreign Trade(EPCG Committee) represented by its Chairman as Corespondent, i.e., 3rd respondent in writ petition.

2. To be noted, 'EPCG' stands for 'Export Promotion Capital Books'.

3. Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned Senior standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for proposed 3rd respondent, do not oppose this application. Though obvious, it is made clear that rights of the respondents with regard to all contentions and merits are preserved notwithstanding this application not being opposed.

4. In the light of the narrative supra, instant application is ordered. Registry to carry out necessary amendments within a fortnight.
