ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the alleged offences under sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(aa) and 4(1)(i) of TNP Act in Crime No.98 of 2022, Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(a), and 4(1)(g) of TNP Act in Crime Nos.94 of 2022 and 553 of 2021, seeks bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein was arrested for illegal possession of 110 litres of I.D. arrack in Crl.O.P.No.9236 of 2022, 35 litres of I.D. arrack in Crl.O.P.No.9239 of 2022, and 30 litres of I.D arrack in Crl.O.P.No.9240 of 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the alleged quantity and the antecedence of the petitioner, all these criminal original petitions for bail are dismissed.
