This petition has been filed seeking for adequate Police protection. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 & 2 on instructions submitted that based on instructions and the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.03.2023, enquiry was conducted in C.No.C2/3539/519/2023 and closed on 31.03.2023. 3.In view of the above development, no further order can be passed in this petition.

4.However, it is left open for the parties to workout the remedy before the competent Civil Court.
