A.No.1866 of 2022 A.No.1866 of 2022 in C.S.Diary No.42361 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The applicants seek leave to institute the suit against the respondents 5 to 21 before this Court.

2. The applicants assert that respondents 5 to 12, 14, 16 to 19 executed an assignment deed dated 10.01.2014 in favour of the second respondent at Chennai. It is alleged that the said agreement was executed in breach of a prior mutual agreement between the applicants and the said respondents. Since the assignment agreement was executed in Chennai, it is stated that a substantial part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it is clear that at least part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1866 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicants to institute the suit against the respondents 5 to 21 before this Court.
