This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition to appear the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.3796 of 2025 on 26.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Page No.1 of 3

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3796 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 is relaxed.
