Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the 2nd respondent to search traced out and produce the detenue Vidhya, W/o.Prabu aged about 23 years and minor boy Kamalesh, S/o. Prabu aged about 4 years into this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty and restore the custody of Minor Kamalesh to custody of the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed by the husband/father of the detenues to produce his wife namely Vidhya, aged about 23 years and his minor son namely Kamalesh, aged about 4 years before this Court. 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. We have perused the materials available on record.

3. The detenues have been secured and produced before this Court and the wife of the petitioner/detenue has expressed her willingness to rejoin with the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the detenues are set at liberty. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
