Appeal No.228 & 229/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.R.ELANGO SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the petitioner[IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.R.PRATHAP KUMAR ADDL.
