O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to remove the transformer erected on the petitioner's patta land. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had sold a portion of the land, where the transformer has been erected, to some third party. Further, the learned standing counsel submitted that the petitioner has no subsisting right in respect of the land over which the transformer has been erected.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he has not received any instructions with regard to the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 7, the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 7, the Writ Petition stands closed.
