The petition has been filed to direct the trial Court to take on file the unnumbered private complaint in C.C.Sr.No.254 of 2021 for the offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, within the stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has filed a complaint under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as early as on 26.02.2021, the same has not been proceeded further and it has been adjourned periodically for check and call.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to proceed further as per law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
