This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4626 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Yanam and report before the Inspector of Police/Station House Officer, Yanam Town Police Station, Puducherry, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4626 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Choolaimedu police station everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
