ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to secure the petitioner's wife viz., Mrs.Deepika, aged 30 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.We are dealing with the case of elopement of the petitioner's wife with a third party. Therefore, we do not find https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
any illegal detention involved. However, the whereabouts of the detenue is yet to be known and the petitioner being the husband, we direct the second respondent to proceed with the investigation and as and when, the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
4.With the abovesaid direction, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
