It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemner, by inviting the attention of this Court to the Memo of Compliance dated 31.1.2020 and would submit that the order dated 24.2.2017 passed in W.P.No.4673 of 2017 has been fully complied with.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that settlement under section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act has not been paid .

3. The Memo of Compliance dated 31.1.2020 is taken on record and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary and the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged non settlement of arrears, as per section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, she is at liberty to workout the remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
