The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 13.08.2015 in W.P.No.25154 of 2015.

2. It is represented that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide proceedings of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pension Pay Officer, in Letter Rc.No.21806/2015/A1 dated 06.04.2016 and the petitioner has been conferred with the

commutation of pension restored from July 2015 and arrears amount have already been paid. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
