Prayer:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., pleased to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent herein to some other Investigation Officer in F.I.R No.62/2019 and pass orders. For Petitioner :

Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the defacto complainant for transfer of investigation from the 2nd respondent/police to some other Investigating Officer. This petition was filed in the year 2019. While, the matter was came up for consideration, this Court, in spite of considering this application, directed the parties to settle the dispute amicably with the aid of Meditation Centre. While the matter was pending before the Meditation Centre for more than six months, the parties have not arrived at any settlement. Meanwhile, the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and ready with final report.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court finds that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there is no purpose in transferring the investigation since the reason for seeking transfer of Investigating Officer is not found to be correct since the previous Investigating Officer against whom the allegation was made already been transfer and investigation has been conducted and completed by the Investigating Officer. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
