ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks a direction against the official respondents not to grant the loan under the Prime Minister Employment Guarantee Program Scheme to respondent No.4 on account of her past mis-conduct. As to whether such a loan could be granted or not is a matter to be examined by the competent authority and this can hardly be a subject matter of public interest litigation.

2. The writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
