ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No.627 of 2021 within a time frame as fixed by this court.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent would submit that they will file a final report within a period of one month.
