This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30682 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30682 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 is relaxed.
