This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 19.02.2020 made in W.P.No.36133 of 2016. 1/3

2.This Court vide order dated 19.02.2020 allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.36133 of 2016 and remanded the matter to the second respondent therein. This Court further issued direction to the second respondent therein to issue direction to the third respondent therein to measure the petitioner's property as well as the property of his neighbours, in their presence, after issuing notice to all the persons and further directed that the survey be conducted using latest equipment and after receipt of the survey report, to furnish the same to the petitioner and other land owners and invite their objections and thereafter to pass a speaking order. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.02.2020 made in W.P.No.

36133 of 2016, notice was served to the petitioner and his neighbours (nearly 14 persons), acknowledgement received and thereafter the disputed properties were measured using latest equipment and appropriate orders were passed on 09.03.2022. Hence, the order dated 19.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36133 of 2016, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with.

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
