C.M.P.No.13387 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.70880 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 265 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in C.M.A as against the Award dated 27.06.2018 made in MACT.O.P.No.279 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
