PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide No.2094/A3/2014 dated 11.09.2014 and quash the same consequently direct the 3rd respondent to continue the petitioner in the College of the 3rd respondent till the petitioner completes his B.L.degree course.

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Ms.V.Porkodi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for quashing the proceedings of the second respondent dated 11.09.2014 and to direct the third respondent to continue him in the College of the third respondent till he completes his B.L.degree course. 4.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been permitted to study in Government Law College, Madurai and the petitioner is fully satisfied with the order passed by the second respondent in this regard.

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been accommodated in the Government Law College, Madurai, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
