Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the Respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on evening of 02.09.2017 as part of Arulmigu Sri Devi Surya Nageswari Amman Temple at Kamarajar Nagar 1st Street,, S.R.P. The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme. It is seen that regarding the said issue, a representation was sent to the respondent on 26.08.2017 and after consideration, the respondent had denied to grant permission for the cultural programme. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is called today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
