This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4402/2025 by order dated 19.02.2025 in para no.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition till 02.04.2025 and thereafter he had not complied with the condition and that the petitioner had five previous cases.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4402 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
