3. It appears that the petitioner Company had taken action against their labour contractor on account of which, some employees working under the labour contractor are preventing the willing workers to enter the factory. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to put sufficient police pickets in and around the factory of the petitioner, so that no untoward incident takes place, on payment of the prescribed charges.
