2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that both the suits filed by the petitioner were dismissed for default.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in these civil revision petitions for adjudication. Accordingly, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
