ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6060 of 2020 dated 17.03.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police by 10.30.a.m until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6060 of 2020 on 17.03.2020, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6060 of 2020 on 17.03.2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30.a.m and as and when required for interrogation.
