2.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above appeals.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 224 days in filing the above appeals are condoned. 5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, at the time of admission.
