The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379, 430 of I.P.C. r/w. section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioners as on date.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
