This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 06.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.
2. Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 24.12.2024 registered as document No.10289 of 2024 and also the patta issued in patta No.1193. The petitioner submitted an online application on 06.01.2025 for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4
case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct survey in the subject property based on the application dated 06.01.2025 in line with the title deed and also the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and demarcate the boundaries. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
