2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were selling the ganja and the respondent police seized 1.200 kg of ganja from them. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, they pray to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was selling ganja and 1.200 kg of ganga seized from the accused persons. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
When this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
