Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15230 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5899 of 2023, dated 03.10.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
