(CRL.MP.NO.5818/2022) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.460/2022 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SRIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.BABU MUTHUMEERAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) The petitioner herein has been sentenced to imprisonment for life and some of the co-accused have been awarded death sentence and their confirmation proceedings in R.T.No.2 of 2021 is pending on the file of this Court.

Therefore, it will not be appropriate to grant suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner, as this Court is ready to take up the main case itself for final disposal.
