O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2015.

2. It is seen from the representation dated 29.01.2015, the petitioner sought appropriate action against a mob lead by one Kalpana Vasudevan, which named themselves Animal Welfare Activities and recovered the petitioner's cattle illegally and sold out in the market. The petitioner also requested to provide adequate police protection for his cattle. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
