Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7314 of 2022 as the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry instead of the learned II Additional District Judge, Special Judge for SC/ST Act, Puducherry.

2. In view of the above, the amendment is ordered as prayed for in Crl.O.P.No.7314 of 2022, dated 31.03.2022 and the time granted for the petitioner to surrender before the Court is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
