This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15719 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24603 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24603 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15719 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24603 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 is relaxed.
