suspension order vide R.C.No.53252/PR IV(2)/2025 in CPO. No.2778/2025 by order dated 21.08.2025 and subsequent order in PR.No.311/PR IV (2)/2025 CPO.No.476/2026 dated 13.02.2026 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into the service with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is employed as Grade II Police Constable. He was placed under suspension on 21.08.2025. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the co-accused had moved this Court and obtained order, staying the enquiry proceedings. In those cases, a time limit of six months was also given and a direction was issued to the employer not to pursue the disciplinary proceedings till the disposal of the criminal prosecution. The petitioner now states that he would approach the 3rd respondent for revocation of his suspension order.
4. The petitioner is permitted to give such application and when such application is submitted by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
