This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 9 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 9 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Mrs.R.Meenal, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and 9 submitted that the respondents 2 to 5 and 9 have no objection for ordering this petition. 3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 6 to 8 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and 9, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.NPD.No.327 of 2016 and list the matter on 19.01.2022. 04.01.2022 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
