ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the compliant given by one Abdul Rahim.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.255 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026 and upon finding that the dispute is civil in nature, the enquiry has been closed and the petitioner was called only for enquiry and that the respondent-police are not harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that the respondent-police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. 18.03.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No 2/4
