ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2021 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC in Cr.No.61 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had committed theft of two wheeler.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted habitual offender and that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases similar in nature pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
