ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.633 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30195 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30195 of 2024 by the order dated 04.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.633 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30195 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
