The applicant herein has filed the suit for recovery of money based on the Letter of Intent dated 12.11.2021, entered into between the defendants and the predecessor of the applicant.

2. It is stated by the applicant that the Letter of Intent was entered into at Chennai, based on which the suit has been filed and hence, part of cause of action arouse within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. In view of the said averment, leave is granted. The application in A.No.1994 of 2023 is ordered.
