Respondent PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records on the file of the respondent in connection with the order of stop all the terminal benefits of the writ petitioner dated 29.04.2016 vide in letter No.BU/VC/8802/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to release the terminal benefits, monthly pension and consequential all arrears along with interest.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sent a letter dated 25.02.2021 to the Registry seeking to list the matter before this Court "for withdrawal". Hence, the present Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
