ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR.S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, directing the respondents to produce his son, namely, Alex Thomas David, aged about 47 years, who is suffering from mental disorder, before this Court.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has seen the detenu and the detenu has also returned home, hence, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
