However, Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 9 submitted that in view of the interim order already granted by this Court during the pendency of the present writ petitions, their promotion based on the seniority was put on hold, therefore, would request that the respondent Board may reconsider it afresh.
